A late night adventure to Laguna for a quick dip in the water turned to an overnight camp. I love our van, utalitarian, the possibilites are endless. On a whim Sanchez decide to camp at the same beach. Walking 7.5 miles to crescent bay we found that our paths crossed once again.

The morning was spent with a trip for coffee and a resreshing swim. Life is wonderful when spent on the beach with your love and best friend. Ocean breezes and hot California sun make loving life all the easier with no care in the world.

More than twice I snorkeled the reef finding a plethora of animal life. Kelp and purple gorgonias hold fast to the rocks in the tidal surges. Bright orange garaboldis protect terratories with their life attacking a curious visitor. Mussel grip the rocks and Ochre stars slowly crawl for their next meal. A wonderful world that I would love to explore my entire life. What a dream!

Burnt to a crisp I find a cool reshreshing bath sounds wonderful. I bid farewell to Steven. Me and erica made our way home in heavy orange county traffic.

Relaxing on the calming shores of california.

An eventful day at Huntington beach. The US open is well on it’s way though the crowds don’t show till Friday. A tour of the surf museum was interesting since I had always wanted to go. Seems they show movies like “Endless Summer” since they have a little projector theater, that would be cool to find out when they play.

We should try and make it back when we can. It’s good fun.

What a day! I always love losing my self in the city that I hold dear to my heart. tickets in hand we planned to see “The Dark Knight”. Getting hungry on the way out I decided to satisfy my craving for Pinks that I have had for a while and made the detour. Reckless driving seems to be the name in LA. Two Lord of The Ring’s a Bubble Up and a strawberry Crush and we continued on our way, though not before finding out I got us a parking ticket “Fuck!”

We chose City Walk for our cinema experience and I found it to be full of interesting characters. Plenty of street performers all putting everything on the line to make ends meet. A girl with a beautiful voice sang with passion in her soul was hardly gathering a crowd though I believe she was playing to a figurative crowd, while a magician from Chicago hardly held a crowd stumbled through his act. A very inspiring artist with a unique style of 3D art spoke enthusiastically about his work (pictured). Lastly a sax musician took the cake. With little regard for the crowd he pulled in played with only his instrument in mind. I saw him sell one cd with little dissuasion kept on honking his soprano. I waved him a farewell.

Dark Knight was a chilling film for which an actor dear to Erica lost his life shortly after the making of. Such power to instill a narrative upon the viewer through a powerful medium. there is great respect for the movie industry when it is done right.

What I would give to let my imagination run free like the days of my childhood.
